Simple rules for
a controlled private test.

Private access only.

Followary is the product name of the service operated by Marteinn Hilmarsson, Iceland. Current contact arrangements are on the Contact page.

Followary is currently available only to invited testers and approved test accounts. Access may be limited, changed or withdrawn while the product is being developed and secured for broader use.

Users must keep their sign-in credentials private and use only workspaces they are authorized to access.

Use the service responsibly.

Do not use Followary for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited messaging. Do not attempt to bypass workspace access controls, email-safety controls, rate limits or sending restrictions.

The private test is intended for legitimate service-business inquiry and follow-up workflows, not bulk marketing lists or purchased contact databases.

You remain responsible for customer data and business decisions.

A business using Followary is responsible for having the right to collect and use the customer information it enters or receives through its request form.

Followary can prepare wording and organize next actions, but the business remains responsible for pricing, availability, commitments, legal compliance and the final content of messages it approves or sends.

Messaging controls are part of the test.

Followary may prepare drafts and, in controlled modes, send approved messages. Replies, opt-outs, closures and delivery problems can stop later follow-up work. Users must not try to defeat those stop conditions.

Broad automatic production sending is not enabled for the first external pilot. Features and sending limits may change as safety testing continues.

Current billing is test-only.

The current Lemon Squeezy $99/month subscription flow is a technical test configuration. Test-mode checkout does not create a real public commercial subscription, and the $99 figure is not finalized public pricing.

Live billing will not be opened until store activation, identity/tax/payout setup, live credentials and a supervised live purchase/refund/cancellation cycle are completed.

Private-test availability and changes.

Followary is under active development. Private-test features may change, be unavailable temporarily or be removed. Testers should not rely on the service as the sole record of business-critical information during this phase.

The operator is named above. Remaining business disclosures, jurisdiction/governing-law provisions, commercial payment terms, support commitments and other required contractual details will be completed before general availability.
