ABOUT FOLLOWARY

Less mental load.
More clear next steps.

Followary is being built around a narrow operational problem: good service businesses lose time and opportunities when inquiries, replies and follow-up live across memory, inboxes and disconnected notes.

Private early access · Updated 19 September 2026.

A small problem that creates a lot of noise.

A customer asks for a quote, booking, consultation or project. Someone intends to reply later. The request sits in an inbox, a notebook, a spreadsheet or someone’s memory. Followary exists to make that next action visible instead of relying on remembering.

The goal is not to automate the whole business. The goal is to make follow-through calmer and more reliable.

Focused by design.

Followary keeps a deliberately narrow operating view: what needs action, what is waiting, what follow-up is prepared, and what should stop because the customer already replied, opted out or the inquiry closed.

01Capture

Bring website requests and manual inquiries into one trackable flow.

02Respond

Prepare replies from the business’s own wording and rules.

03Follow through

Keep timing and next actions visible without a separate spreadsheet.

04Stop correctly

Replies, opt-outs, closures and delivery problems stop later follow-up work.

The product principles.

Calm by default

Followary should reduce mental overhead, not create a second inbox full of alerts.

Human control stays visible

Prepared messages, timing and sending rules should be inspectable. Automation should have clear brakes and clear ownership.

No invented business promises

Followary should not guess prices, availability, start dates or commitments. Those decisions stay with the business.

Trust should be earned in the product

Workspace separation, stop conditions, delivery state and access controls matter more than trust badges or marketing claims.

Where Followary is today.

Followary is in private early access. The core inquiry flow, persistent workspaces, team roles, public intake, prepared replies, customer reply routing, delivery tracking, suppression safety and test subscription billing are connected and running in controlled tests.

Public account enrollment, finalized public pricing and broad automatic production sending are intentionally not open yet.
