What Followary does today, and what remains intentionally controlled during private early access.
Does Followary send emails automatically?
Not by default. Private-test workspaces prepare drafts, and controlled sending includes human approval. Broad automatic production sending is not enabled for the first external pilot.
What happens when a customer replies?
The reply is routed to the matching inquiry. Later queued follow-up stops so the system does not keep chasing someone who has answered.
Does Followary replace my CRM?
It does not have to. Followary focuses on inquiry state, next actions, prepared replies, follow-up timing and stop conditions. It can sit beside the tools your business already uses.
Can more than one person use a workspace?
Yes. Workspaces support owner, admin, member and viewer roles so access can be limited to what each person needs.
Is the $99/month plan live?
No. The current $99/month checkout is a Lemon Squeezy test configuration used to validate subscription flows. It is not finalized public pricing.
How is one business kept separate from another?
Workspace access is enforced with membership checks and Row Level Security at the data layer. Cross-workspace isolation has also been tested with a non-member account context.
